Seed Library
What is a Seed Library?
A Seed Library is a collection of seeds for people to take. It is also a place for people to donate seeds they’d like to share. Our collection contains seeds for vegetables, herbs, and flowers.
Who is it for?
Anyone who wants to grow plants and/or share their seeds!
Where is it?
The Seed Library is on the second floor in the Children’s Room Go & Grow section, next to the desk.
How does it work?
There are binders where you can read about each plant and what conditions it likes for growing. Pick a packet of seeds you’d like to try, and take them home to plant them! Limit is 2 packets, please.
If you have seeds to share, bring them to the Children’s Room desk (in their original package if possible) and we can add them to our collection.
