The Trail Map Library has many items to get you started on exploring the various trails, woods and conservation areas of Reading. There are many resources to browse but a few to highlight are:

Get to Know Your Backyard : A newly created brochure on Reading’s Town Forest, conservation lands, and other open spaces. Get To Know Your Backyard was created by Grace Stroman as part of her Girl Scout Gold Award. The guide is also available at the Town Clerk’s counter in Town Hall ($5).

Neighborhood Walks Map : Developed by Walkable Reading to highlight walking routes around town.

Conservation Areas Map : Showcases Reading conservation areas and the Town Forest. Access points and dedicated parking lots are indicated.
