What is it?
This water bath canning kit is used for preserving fruits, tomatoes, pickles, relishes, jams, jellies, and marmalades.
What is included?
21.5-quart canner with Bungee cord; Granite Ware use and care guide; metal jar rack; metal colander; wide mouth funnel; bubble remover and ruler; magnetic lid lifter; jar wrench; jar lifter; guidelines sheet.
*Note, this is not recommended for use on glass cooktops*
The Fine Print:
Patrons 18 years or older with library cards in good standing (i.e. no billed items) can check out equipment. Borrowers accept full financial responsibility for the material and accessories while in their possession. The total replacement cost for the Granite Ware Canning Kit is $50. A $5.00 per day fee will be applied if material is returned late.
